Pick one function. Find out what is actually true.
Two to three weeks. We describe how one function of your business really works, score it, and tell you which process to rebuild first and what that rebuild is worth in hours. You finish with a route, not a report.
One function, read against the eight.
Whole-business reviews are where momentum goes to die.
You have probably been offered a transformation strategy before. Six weeks, forty interviews, a document nobody opens twice. It fails for a simple reason: nothing in it is small enough to start on Monday.
Map takes one function. Finance, or scheduling, or how quotes go out. Deep enough to be true, small enough to act on. When that one is working and the hours are back, you pick the next one.
How it runs.
01 · We talk, two or three times
Not a workshop. Conversations with the people who actually do the work, because they know where it breaks and usually nobody has asked them.
02 · We describe the function as it really runs
Every step, every handoff, every place somebody waits, every place a number gets retyped. Most owners see their own process written down for the first time here.
03 · We score it and put it in order
Where the function sits on the curve, what is holding it there, and which process to rebuild first, second, third. With hours going in and hours coming out on the first one.

Where you actually stand
Which process first, and why
The Twin, proven beside the real one
You hold the wheel
Six things, all of them yours.
- 1.Two or three discovery conversations with your people, done.
- 2.The processes inside that function described, step by step, as they actually happen.
- 3.A score against the eight dimensions and a stage on the curve.
- 4.The order to work in. Which process first, second, third, and why.
- 5.What the first build is worth, in hours going in and hours coming out.
- 6.What that build would cost.
Item five is the one that matters. A diagnosis with no number attached is a document. If the hours do not justify the build, we will tell you that, and you will have paid two and a half thousand pounds to avoid spending twenty.
From £2,500.
Two to three weeks, set by your market and the size of your business. Half the fee comes off your first Build. If you go ahead, Map has cost you half what it says here. If you do not, you keep everything above and owe nothing further.
Three reasons to wait.
You already know exactly which process to rebuild. If you can name it, describe it, and say what it costs you in hours, you do not need Map. Say so and we will talk about the build.
Nobody senior has decided this is happening. Map produces a route. A route with no owner is a document, and we have both wasted a fortnight.
The function is about to change anyway. New system going in, restructure underway, someone leaving who holds all of it. Map reads how work runs today. Let today settle first.
Tell us which function.
Nadeem reads these himself. If Map is not the right next step we will say so.
You cannot leap, and you cannot go blind.
A diagnosis with no build is a document. A build with no direction is a shopping list. Map is the smallest honest step between the two.
